Yes, but there are only fakes :/

I downloaded 15 minutes ago, Counter Strike 1.5 without "hl.exe" file.

They aren't fakes.

Any CS 1.5 mod out there won't have the "hl.exe" file. You already have it inside your Steam folder. You only need the additional CS 1.5 files in order to launch it.

Download cs 1.5, extract the files and create a "cstrike15" folder. Place the "cstrike15" folder exactly where the original "cstrike" folder is, and then create an HL.exe shortcut. Right click on the shortcut > parameters (delete -cstrike and add -cstrike15). Double click and have fun.

Shortcut from hl.exe from Counter-Strike 1.6 (cstrike)?

EDIT:

I install CS 1.5 on C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\xxxxxxx\counter-strike\cstrike15 (weight after install (cstrike15) : 230MB), next I create shortcut from ...\counter-strike\cstrike (hl file) to \counter-strike\cstrike15, I change from "Shortcut to hl" to "hl", what now?

- Create a shortcut of "HL.exe"
- Right click on the shortcut > properties
- Change the path in order to load "cstrike15" mod (normally you'll see a "-cstrike" parameter in the end, change it to match the folder you created, in your case "-cstrike15".

yes but many hackers and its not that big. even hard to find good servers imo with a stable ping.

have the full install of hl.exe orginal and cs 1.0 1.3 with 1.5 (can play online with ~200 servers worldwide)include with with hl1110.exe and also csv15full.exe. and also some random pub demos of pro players

you dnt need steam 2 play cs 1.5 mine is seprate from steam you can download hl and hl update and cs 1.5 from pow website,under pow downloads at the bottom there is my version that is retail,and you can play online on steamless servers or u can make you own server or play on our servers mayb ping will be to high,
