I agree about the more tournaments the better idea but if you plan to attract attention about the event prize money is usually an important factor in order for the teams (the better the more attention you attract from the media) to consider if it is worth the investment (time and money).
Yeah, but I'm pretty sure that prizes won't be low on tournament of this calibre. It doesn't matter if it is 70000 or 50000 or even 20000 Euros because top teams these days play on tournaments with even smaller prizemoney. Name should also draw some attention.
CPL is dead for along time, they didnt even pay last price money to winning teams, if this is not fake its a whole toptal enw organisation who just stealing the name
CPL was great and all but years after they were found to have not paid prizes to many of the winning teams. Besides their has been similar announcements in the past (same with CAL) and they turned out to be people just wanting to stir the pot a little. Im extremely skeptical.
