Post your budget and people will know what suitable graphic card you will be able to afford.

as i said before getting censored ^^ buy "new" and "expensive" and 100 fps will appear for sure.. actually i got a old "geforce GTX 280" and i got 100 fps all the time..

Ati has very cheap and affordable cards that will accomplish your goal. I got mine for $100 on Newegg and it runs higher end games than cs extremely well. Browse newegg and amazon and you'll find something that will suit your needs with ease.
