so i recently came up with this rule that when theres a ukrainian game server with the ip starting with number 31 then my ping simply gonna be super nice you know like 15-20 ms
i havent done any detail statistics obviously but based on some general experience playing with people its like 1/4 of their servers are like that i mean good while the other 3/4 are like 50-60 ms which is you know like spanish ping basically more or less

so you know that plus the fact everybody says ukraine is like the fastest growing cs power these days you know it made me wondering if there were any good CSDM servers where all those best players were owning at you know and if there were some maybe they also they had the ips which had proven to work best for me

and you know i aint no clairvoyant but i can almost with certainty predict the upcoming question so the answer is i dont like playing on polish DM pubs much because when you have ping like five or seven milliseconds theres like so much room for error you know to the point i have this feeling im actually programming myself in some bad way and then when it comes to actual game (you know different servers condition) that way of fragging obviously wont work anymore so for that very reason i simply sick with french german and latvian DMs which are all like 20-30 ms
