I had this problem before. One of the files in your counter strike folder is messed up. I don't remember which file it was though. Try removing the resource folder and having steam redownload it

It must be a problem with your sprites folder. .spr files try #10 but in this folder, 2nd image : console: type > crosshair 1

try changing resolution, playing for a second with awp, then changing it back

delete sniper_scope.spr file if u have installed any custom sprite.
this shoul default to original sprite unless in case u r using non-steam, if so then get this file from internet
