Sure, but they won't be stable as soon as you are in heavy combat or face some smoke(s).

Yes u can.
I have 1GB of RAM, and my fps is aboutttt, 90-10.
Go in Nvidia Control Panel-->3D Settings--->Vertical Sync set on FORCE OFF. :)

i play with 76 fps and it works fine for me, just like 100 fps but more stable :D

i have a i7 and cant have 100fps idk why :(
i think that i have 2 graphic cards, one included in the processor and the main AMD Radeon HD 7690M XT, but when i play i'm not using my main graphic card, can someone enlighten me how to configure this ?

in your taskmanager, then right click on hl.exe and change priority and choose only your core number 1.

i have on laptops procesor AMD Athlon II X2 M300 and 3gb ram and Readon HD 4200 and in smoke have 10-20fps but normal i have 100fps. So i think readon is shit to play counter-strike and even an integrate.
