Individually I'm sure they are good, but there's a lot more to CS than just individual skill. It's just that the talent in countries like Sweden, Denmark, Ukraine and other countries are a lot stronger level than they are.

Many foreign tourists was and will trying to get some money, from the authorities because of the fake signals for stolen money. Our police department was catch 80~ fakers last summer when i was at Sunny Beach, and thats only for 2 weeks.
