Mouse1 to activate nade, Mouse2 press and hold, let go of Mouse1.. the nade wont drop if you die. And by releasing Mouse2 you will throw the nade.

you really dont have to predict it to happen. just use it always or atleast on nade tactics like pre-nading mid @ inferno etc.
