2 seasons before this season, messi was both master in Spanish league aswell as CL, winning CL aswell as mvp, while ronaldo also was a great player ofcourse, but struggling to make an impact against the truely monsterously good teams. This year I would agree they are kind of equal, but in past years there could not have been a doubt. difference in assists and goals also supported that, although I never go purely off statistics

outside of manu no 1 ever had a real chance of dominating (lpool n arsenel wenger had a shot once every so many years) until the billionares came to chelsea and city. still nowadays soccer is dominated by spanish teams, while alot of english teams kind of dissapoint me despite the amount of money spent. I always feel sorry for players that are insanely good but still do not get the respect they deserve from their countrymen.
seedorf has won the CL for 4 times with 3 different teams, but somehow always when he played in NL team he got "whistled" or "boo'd" at :-/
I think it's ungratefull and a lack of respect, it may seem when they are not top performing that they aren't trying but unless you have played soccer at a high level you have no idea how tough it can be. I always got pissed at my friends who were also ajax fans but were talking shit about seedorf :P probably most of them are mad because he left ajax already at the age of 20 (already having won the CL as a key player). I hope he returns to ajax after milan :D

you should watch Messi's match with Argentina one day then you can talk he's everytime good except one match in copa and he was playing midfieler since World Cup 2010 not his usual job since he plays in the attack , 5 goals 3 assist in 3 matchs.
