hi.
as you read in the title, i'm recruting. but not the usual recruting.
i've played cs many years in my country and i had the idea of making an internacional team, looking for a good experience, cultural wise, and regarding cs, obviously.
i'm looking for players from spain/france/england/germany etc (so the ping wont be very high), i'll buy a UK server so we can play.

i have some minor requirements:
1. you must understand how the game works at a high level
2. you must have a decent level of skill
3. you must have a good internet connection (less then 50/60 ms on a UK server would be nice)
4. you must have decent english skills (i dont ask for perfect english, i'm not a very good english speaker myself, just the enough to communicate with the team, where everyone can understand everyone)
5. we all have a school or work, so obviously wont ask you to abdicate any of that, but you must have about 2h of free time so you can spend with the team, "practice makes perfect".
5. and last but not least, maturity, i'm tried of kids (it's just an expression, i don't care about age), this is a serious project, and i want serious and dedicated people.
