It is a CS:S booking, SourceTV do not allow recording demos.

SourceTV gives you the ability to broadcast your game play to an unlimited number of spectators on games using the Source Engine, such as Counter-Strike: Source. Spectators using SourceTV can not be seen by the players in the server and can not interfer with the game. Broadcasts are generally delayed to the spectators by several seconds to avoid any form of cheating. Another feature of SouceTV is that it can record demos that contain the entire match or game information and can be viewed at a later date.

Yes, but since Valve in all their wisdom only allow the SourceTV actually ON the server (which we do not control, we only control the relay), we cannot record the match. How about you trust I know what I am talking about?
