Hello everybody
I'm writing to you all today be course i'm fed up with something, and i'm interested to hear if you guys feel the same or maybe can inlightin me on the reasons of this.
I'm beginning to really frustrated of all the pro cs players who feel the urge to change their nick in a official game. Yesterday i watched eSrael vs. Anexis. Trace and Turkish, for some reason, had changed their nicks to something stupid and unfortunatly i cant recall the name. Today three of the Anexis-players changed their nicks. I have no idea who is who. I found myself apreciating that ArcadioN, is always ArcadioN, with a big A and a big N. Always! In some teams, there is always someone who changes his(or her) name. Friis from fnatic ALWAYS does. I think its confusing, stupid og basicly i just think its unprofessional. They representing organizations, so should'nt they act as pro's?
I really miss the CPL, where this was taken seriously. People even had to put their last name, their real last name, after their tag and their nicks. That was signaling professionalism. Maybe its just these times where you know that Counter-Strike 1.6 is living its very last days and people just dont give a f¤¤¤. Maybe its just be course todays top players isnt use to take things serious.
There you have it. Do you agree or disagree? Am i just old?

Yeah, names in nick were professional as fuck, but I think the whole CS scene is moving on a this is a part of it.
I agree sometimes I just don't know, who is who.
I think this is the smallest problem of actual scene. I just hope CS 1.6 will live „forever“. And I can stand some weird-as-fuck nicks.

If it's only one person that changes it, then it's easy to tell who he is. If it's a nickname he has used many times before (for example IzNoGoud for forest or 742 for taz or forestbamba(w/e) for friis) then you can also tell who they are based on memory.
If the entire team changes their nicknames then that's a whole different issue, then it's just a nuisance to figure out who's who, so in that case I would tend to agree. Though I would be glad they don't switch nicknames with each other just to troll. I don't think they'd get in trouble for it either.
