First rule, bad mistake to concentrate only on your aim. Everybody die in cs, no supreme aiming wherewith you can kill everbody, so there are a quite serious limitations and it's a bit of an asymptotic one.
So if you're only training for your aim, it will be a waste of time. If you play cs you always train your aim, so quite usless to concentrate only on aim.
I wrote in another topic, that the best all-in-one practice is to play normal matches with real enemies who are a bit stronger then you.
If you play mixes, if you have a possibility to play mixes, try to find teams which are a bit stronger then yours.
If you have no chance for mixes, go to public where are some stronger players.
Play with weaker or much weaker players only to test your skills and for fun...
If you're too strong, it's not good for your skills to play with weaker enemies, and not good for the begginers if you always slay them.
So in nuthsells play a lot of normal cs, most experienced players are the most complete ones as well, if you would like to reach something in cs you have to train all of your skills at the same time and this can be done only in normal matches not on DM.
