dude, try to do 2in1 in dm, example: 60/30, 100/50, 200/100.
if you can do this you have a nice skill, for you begginer you can try to do 100/60, if you do 90/60 or 100/70, stop and play again( go to do something return to dm later), if you get 100/60 go to 150/100, and later 200/100.^^ but you must do it walking in the map, don't stay in respawn areas to get easy frag, it's don't count
First of all, stop listening to these polish noobs.
DM is generally waste of time, you should play it before match as a warmup, not as an aim training. All you have to do is play matches, watch povs and use brain.
I think that the best things what to do for improving your aim and moovement are :
play DM - this will improve your aim
play surf_maps - this will improve your aim and movement.. believe me
play bunnyhops maps and things like that- this will improve your movement
.. and play missionred ..it is useful for your aim
All these things are the best for your aim and movement .. then you can achieve it on 5on5
.. and i think that aim_maps will not help you more than these things
but remember that brain is sometime the most important thing
DM is for warm up & getting feelings about new hardware. Don't practise only DM, what real matters is playing matches and watching pov's from players with same role you have in a team (or general pov's if you only play eventually).
First rule, bad mistake to concentrate only on your aim. Everybody die in cs, no supreme aiming wherewith you can kill everbody, so there are a quite serious limitations and it's a bit of an asymptotic one.
So if you're only training for your aim, it will be a waste of time. If you play cs you always train your aim, so quite usless to concentrate only on aim.
I wrote in another topic, that the best all-in-one practice is to play normal matches with real enemies who are a bit stronger then you.
If you play mixes, if you have a possibility to play mixes, try to find teams which are a bit stronger then yours.
If you have no chance for mixes, go to public where are some stronger players.
Play with weaker or much weaker players only to test your skills and for fun...
If you're too strong, it's not good for your skills to play with weaker enemies, and not good for the begginers if you always slay them.
So in nuthsells play a lot of normal cs, most experienced players are the most complete ones as well, if you would like to reach something in cs you have to train all of your skills at the same time and this can be done only in normal matches not on DM.
if you are a beginner..
step 1 : improve ur aim.. make it as good as can.. DM as much as possible..
step 2 : when you think ur aim has improved, practice on ur movements..
step 3 : after improving both, start playing clan matches.. which will give you exposure and experience
step 4 : get urself a crew, create chemisty, device strats and gogo!
I suggest these :
1-Find a FFA Deathmatch and just focus on your aim and shooting .. try everyday diferent type of shootings li Tap-Tap Burst [2-ak 4-m4]
and sometimes why not spraying [to learn to control it ]
2-To have good aim u must find a good sensitivity .. buy a good mouse and put the sens 1.5 for example .. go dm and if it isnt correct change it more or less .. Never forget to put not to small because when u have to make a 180 flip u will fail .
3-Practise your movement against the awpers [more neccesary ] and the enemy .. The duck is very important if u know how to use it ...Practise to be fast move ur mouse quick and focus on the crosshair ... The reflex is imortant too ... When u see the enemy shoot him as fast as posible
ALL THESE REQUIRES MUCH TRAINING !!! SO GL HF AND PLAY DM/CW AS MUCH AS POOSIBLE [CW IS NECESSARY FOR MENTALLY GAMEPLAY]
