HELP!!!!!!!
I have lcd monitor samsung syncmaster P2050,only support 60hz,-freq 60,can I run it on 75 hertz with some program or simply monitor doesent support ?

how about you just try -freq 75

That means your monitor can't handle 75Hz.

You can go to the graphic settings and change to a lower resolution like 1024x768 (I use it) and the go to the Refresh rate and put 75Hz.

I uncheck this hide the models that this monitor canot display, put 75 hz and 1024x768 res. now it's fine but,will be moniotor damaget or not ?

What operating system are you using? Did you install the monitor drivers (especially when dealing with 7)?

I have windows xp32 bit,I have intaled drivers,
but look here says 60hz, http://gdgt.com/samsung/syncmaster/p2050/specs/

I just checked the monitor's manual and that site is right, 60 Hz is the max Hz you will get even in low resolutions.

Do not uncheck the 'hide the modes that this monitor cannot display' box as on the long run this can lead for your monitor to end up damaged.

By the way, if you use the 'Reply' button the user will/would know you replied to him/her ;)
