HELP PLEASE STEAM NOT RESPONDING
Hi, I have problem with steam firstly while launching it stucked for over 10 minutes and then re-responding, after that the steam became nor responding after joining steam or going inside settings or doing any thing inside the steam (like clicking double-click an a friends acc to talk etc)
I tried to make restore system and delete and re-install but non of these option worked !
Please help guys.

try checking ur bandwidth monitor while launching steam/steam games to see if there's some unusual usage from steam, sometimes steam starts downloading something (been trying to figure out what - its not an update - for a few months with no luck), if u have a slow connection this causes steam to get stuck until it finishes downloading whatever it is downloading.

I managed to partially solve that by reinstalling steam, however once in a while it happens again although not as frequently as before.

Try to reinstall steam. Maybe that will help ;)
