what is better VGA or HDMI
Why?
I use VGA 75 hz in WIN/ 60 hz - InGAME
on 640 x 480

Or HDMI instead VGA when you can of course.

wont make a difference, both formats can easily handle 640x480 @ either 60 or 75 hertz
