train ladder movements
Someone help me with these amazing ladder movements, like strafing and gliding in mid-air with the help of a ladder. Here is a video of what i m talking about..

You have to strafe, it's the same principle as doing the redrock jump on nuke.

is it simple strafing? i rarely get it right :( i know the red rock jump though :P

It's simple strafing, you need to click good keys on keyboard to do that.

You can learn this at ladder on de_nuke when you want to jump on lamp.

play hide'n'seek, all pro players played there, its where u learn jumps and control both your movement and mouse sensitivity perfectly..

search for hns.lt, you will find hns trainig, u can spend long time there and become so much better, but i gotta tell you its not that easy, if u want to do well it will require you atleast a year

Dude he means hns maps..eg-hns_floppytown..play it on some server or download and practice yourself..
