New Graphics card.
Yo guys, I would like to buy a new graphics card as Im only allowed to play Cs with 100fps, and LOL with 30fps, So I would like to get a mid range cheap graphic card that can pull 100fps at all the time on CS with like 10smokes and alot people playing for eg on a csdm server so there are no fps drops and also so I could play Mw2.
Thanks guys and Im looking for a cheap one, like 60euro-80euro.

Pretty cheap, think it will be able to handle most of your requirments, but im not sure ;). You will have to look that up.

You'll find a radeon 5670 for around 60€. All the cards mentioned above except the 430 (which is crappier than the 5670, http://www.hwcompare.com/7148/geforce-gt-430-1gb-v.. )are above this budget.

Easy decison. Buy AMD HD6670. Around 60-65 Euro, better than HD5670. Doesn't require a extra power supply from your PSU.

Any GPU you could buy new in market today will easily get 100 fps in CS. It's a 15-ish year old game engine. Even if you buy a low range 5 year old GPU, even that will get you 100fps flat. My old nvidia GeForce 7300GT gave me 100 fps constant. AMD HD6670 is around 4 times as powerful as that.

I have an AMD Radeon 6570, it was very cheap and works perfect. 100 fps in cs, and ~80 in LoL on Very High

Try to go for nvidia gtx 550 it's a very good card with 1gb gddr5
I play games like BF3,D3,LoL,cs1.6, and it's not too expensive around 110,-~ euro's
