Is it important that the second one has less video card's memory than da first one?

unless you are running multi monitor setup 1024MB gpu memory is more than enough, I haven't ever filled half of 1GB memory on my GTX560Ti. Take second one.

no its not important, the gt525 is faster than the gt250 even with less memory. u dont need more than 1gb and its important to have a strong cpu aswell. buying a dual core is not worth it nowdays and i would always buy a quad core system. still i wont pick laptops for gaming! u will have fun like 6 months and then it starts to overheat

both suck.
i have
intel core i7 2600k
gtx 560 3GB dedicated
z68a-g43 (G3)
8GB ram
1000GB hdd

i run about 90-200 fps.
with those 2 computers you would probably run about 60-100 fps.
how many hz is your monitor running?

edit: i play with everything on the lowest setting and the lowest resolution 640*480

there most be a problem with my pc.
2012-07-09 12:42:00
with that setup you should be able to play almost 100fps on full settings and fullhd resolution

I'd go for the second laptop. That 1gb less @ video memory won't hurt you at all, while the higher clock & double amount of cores of the cpu will benefit you greatly :)
2012-07-09 12:19:08
go with the second
2012-07-09 12:49:17
Lol i've Intel core 2 duo 2,66 / 2gb ram / radeon 4850 (512 ram)
it's around 50-100 fps :)

The game shows 90-120fps, but sometimes fps falls down 40-60.... and after about 30 seconds it again shows 90-120
2012-07-10 14:35:00
WTF WITH THAT CONFIGURATIOM o,O look at #6 ...
2012-07-10 14:42:28
've changed resolution in game to 640x480 and it shows 160 fps really

before that i played with resolution 1024x768

Put your power plan on high performance, does that make any difference?

1. The game is still in beta and its unoptimized, so you are getting random fps drops
2. You should play on higher resolution, read this why

btw make sure u've got DVI on the laptop if u'r planning on pluggin it to a monitor(with 100Hz etc..) since HDMI cant handle over 59/60Hz..

The 2nd one but try to increase a bit its ram, 4gb are ok now but maybe in a few years they won't be enough to have a perfect user experience.
