Hello,

we are about to start INT3 by dividing INT2!

When will INT3 open?
Friday, 13. July - 20:00h


Who stays INT2?
Top100 stays INT2 and every of those players can invite one more player.


Requirements for Top100:
1. At least 10 matches
2. We will take the stats from Friday on July 13th 18:00h


Who am I going to tell which player I want to invite to INT2?
You need to qry IHL|XqzR FRIDAY, 13th July AFTER 18h


Who is going to be in INT3?
Everyone else and every new player who registers himself for IHL International


Promotion and Demotion:
For the 1st month EVERY WEEK Top10 of INT3 will get promoted to INT2

After first month it will be like this:

Every 4 weeks Top10 of INT3 will get promoted to INT2
AND Bottom10 of INT2 will get demoted to INT3

1. Every player has to have at least 20 matches to get promoted.
2. You need to have at least 10 matches to get DEMOTED
3. You can’t get demoted because of inactivity
4. INT2 players aren’t allowed to play INT3


Challengerights:
In both channels every player with at least 50 matches played will get the right to challenge other people with at least 50 matches played. This CL-rights will be removed every 2 months after the statsreset and can be gained back again the same way.


Statsreset:
Every 2 months we will reset the stats completly. That means all matches played and all points of every player.


So make sure that you get Top100 until this friday and that you have played at least 10 matches!

Great news! I play on IHL only few days but I think it's one of the best „things“ I've ever played in CS 1.6. ;)

There are 1500 people vouched but i think we lost many players because we didnt split up earlier. This way some "old" players will come back to get to #ihl.int2 to play some quality gathers.

If we stay this way we wont get any further.

yea it seems like when people use the .result command the bot sets its to +m once the result is decided. :S

You can remove the +m thing completly :) but sometimes it's nice to have like 5-10 sec +m(pause) because ppl spam too much in your channels.

I believe you that zikkan's bot is better than ours but we don't have the money or don't want to spent money for a bot when we have some coders ourself.

They would rather code themselves than pay someone from their own money to buy a bot. All admins and CEOs aren't getting any money out of this project. We all just do it because we love CS/eSports :)

For one week yes. Then INT3 will start and only those people from the list above + Top30/40 of next week will be in INT2.

The DEMOTE-part only counts when INT3 started otherwise it wouldn't make sense.
