When did you delete it? I think you can restore the computer as it was some day before you deleted it.

From where did you delete the demo?

1) If it is from the HLTV.org website, it is gone and there is no way of recovering it.

2) If it is from your hdd there are slight chances that you can recover it using recovery software as #2 points out. GetDataBack always has worked in my case pretty well.

I delete demo in "My Demos"
