Following the success of last year’s Shenyang CPL 2011, the Cyberathlete Professional League is again back in China to hold this season’s iteration. Dubbed the Shenyang CPL 2012 Esports Championships, the event will have Starcraft 2 and League of Legends in its gaming line-up.

The CPL 2012 will be held on September 6 to 10 at the modern Shenyang Science Palace floor, in conjunction with the 2012 CHINA (SHENYANG) ANIMATION AND GAMES EXPO. Preliminaries for both Starcraft 2 and League of Legends will run from July to August.

Why ask the community about which games shall be played when you're not gonna listen to them anyways? The 1.6 support was overwhelming.
