in the upper side, there is a "PLAY VS." button, click on it then choose Counter Strike 1.6 and the gamemode, to proceed you must have ESL wire installed (you can get it from here http://www.esl.eu/eu/wire/download/get/?file=75047.. install it and login there, and the search button will be activated in VS system, click on it and wait a bit until you find opponents, once they are all here a box will popup to confirm if you are ready or not, and there you go.
