500 $ enough for CS , but its pointless to buy a pc just for this one game

I am not buying it for only CS i need it for other games/softwares but most time i will be playing Cs on it i need very good PC how much does i5/i7 cost? And are they good for cs?

Every single computer that you can buy from market in 2012 is good enough to run cs on stable 100fps.

i5 2500k and a good videocard is enough with 4-6gb and you can stream matches etc but you need also a good internet!! a motherboard from asus

Go to a computers shop. Ask for the ceapest PC .. there you go.

Something with an i5 processor, some recent NVIDIA or ATI graphic card, 4-8 gb ram, and a 80 euros motherboard will do awesome on most games :), buy a pc by components , it's a lot cheaper and you'll a lot more satisfied with the result.

with... lets say 1500$ (USA prices) you can buy a pretty neat pc to play modern games as well but if you really want it for cs then buy a core i3, a decent motherboard (ask around), the best graphic card you can, 2gb ram, and a standard memory. with something like that you got the option to buy new things to upgrade your setup.

i have a 1gb ddr2 ram, nvidia 8400gs 512mb, and intel dual-core 1.8ghz and cs runs smooth (100fps in smoke), so whatever pc you buy, it will run very good
