CS:GO vs CSPromod
After cs 1.6 is almost...
1.Which game seems to you better?
2.Are you going to retire after the community will move to one of the games?

For my opnion CS Promode is much more closer to cs1.6 and therefore i think that after cs 1.6 will completely dead our cummunity should choose this game

and why should the community from a dead game switch to a game that is completly the same? instead of just sticking to 1.6 or move along with other games, real life, etc. ?

TELL that to ESWC and those organizations... i dont see any reason why to move from the most successful game.

CSPromod for sure. I had more fun during the CSP-DM-test weekend than during the whole BETA of CS:GO (I got a key in February).

1.
promod is more e-sport suited because it uses the same set of rules as 1.6 did to perfection, which allow the player to develop a skillset of his own to beat opponents.. cs:go on the other hand will not allow players to use the games rules to become extraordinary, because the game won't let them. Everything, the sound, movement, level design is more 'blurry', 'easy' and too mainstream.. The game doesn't let you be as skilled in using sound, movement, aim, IQ, as 1.6 and promod does... Therefore, I think we will see a more straightforward 'call of duty' like e-sport in cs:go, than the more skillbased oldschool gameplay like 1.6....

2. I will never play cs:go.. It's not because it's not 1.6, it's because it doesn't use the standards of what an professional e-sport game is all about (standards set by original cs)... I think it's too bad, both for the players but also for spectators ..

The competitive matches will never be as interesting again, if cs:go doesn't let players develop and use their skills in a e-sport standardized game set of rules..

the problem is , all tournaments will prefer to host csgo events ....they care little about skillcap in games....they just care about ratings and stream views

Its like comparing an ordinary underwear with NIKE's underwear,CS:GO is going nowhere people will lose their interest in GO because the game is very boring..watch it for 20 minutes and you feel like killing urself..the only game we got is promod but i doubt it would come out and when it doesnt come out it ll be the end of CS pro scene..ofc we are gonna play it online

i still can play the fking game... and competitive scene... will be cs:go if valve uses the money in the right place... becuase no money into a game=no competitive scene.

You're wrong about "no money into a game", it's all about events and their earnings from games.

Do a 5 big tournaments with prizes about $20k and CS 1.6 will be still strong in e-Sport.

thats true dude... valve invested money on dota2... now it is getting more popular.. if they launched the game and leave it... it wouldnt be popular for much time... cs 1.6 was popular becuase it was the first big competitive game, but now all what matters is money... you really think that WCG said No to 1.6 just becuase they wanted to put cs:o instead, nah sir... thats called money.

man...i tried both csp1.08..csgo.. and i prefer by far GO even that i don't like it so much for various reasons. cs pro mod wants to be a copy of 1.6 ..but who wants a bad copy of a legend game that was and still is 1.6... me NOT. I will go ahead with GO or with the real life for sure.

No matter what they do,no matter how much they enhance the graphics in GO,no matter how much money they give to the major events,no matter how much streams they start,no matter what they change in the game they can never make it anywhere close to 1.6...The game was complete shit to me frm the beginning when i saw the trailer LOL..1.6 the best fps game ever made,we all should not be sad because the game completely kicked ass in the past 10 years we should be proud of 1.6 8)

For 1.6 community better is promod
For CSS community better is CS:GO
:)

CSP fo sho , it's by far the best game to replace every fps in the eSports scene , and it's evolving

CSP got my vote :)
