Haven't tried but I have had a couple of Shure earphones, SE425 and SE535. You can't go wrong with Shure, absolutely the best I've ever used. Bear in mind tho you need a good soundcard too, or an amp to really get the most out of them

does IEM perform well with Counter Strike, I mean it's old engine.
IEM have some kind of different sound stage feeling right? is it suitable for FPS game?

Shure is pretty good. It's a waste on CS but yes, they are very good headphones. Better than any "gaming brand" gear.

that's for shure.
but still some audiophile headphones compete each other on FPS gaming in terms of positional audio right?

Yes, exactly, that's where most of them fall off. But personally I couldn't care less about it. Once you get a good sound card/hi-fi system+flac audio+audiophile headphones you can't go back.

well I'm using different headphone for different purpose. I find it nice to watch movie with HD201 :)) cheapo cans but perform decent.
gaming with HD669 superlux helps alot in positional though it suck at movie.
still looking for my audio cans. planning for HD448, HD555 or Shure SRH440.
