Deathadder Dies
Hi,

my Deathadder has died by itself, the scroll light turns on but the infrared sensor don't.
Have anyone had same issue?
Any possible help?

I had DA which for I paid like 100 dollars back in the years(4~ years ago), after 6 month of usage scroll wasn't working, then DA crashed itself///happyend

Personally I think the DA isn't as good as kinzu for CS. I liked it better than the xai though. I think the xai is garbage. MS 1.1 and 3.0 > all.

indeed sir ! My intelli mouse 3.0 is 7 years old , and till last month it was working in perfect shape , but now its getting a bit rusty...what can i say , the most durable mouse i've ever used

indeed . i've lost manny rounds because of that scroll...but i got used to it and a friend managed to fix it for me .You can also find a tutorial video on youtube and maybe you can fix it on your own

I see you're using it on a macbook. My DA works well in my MacBook Air, but at the beggining it was a little bit weird until I configured id well. I guess you've done so, and even in Windows it doesn't work?

If there's no solution, check if it's still in warranty.
My SS Siberia v2 broke after 8 months of usage, and it was in warranty but I had to send it to Denmark and it cost me >30€ from Spain, and if it didn't arrive there it wasn't their fault (they said this, and it's not fair imo), so I didn't send it and promised to myself not to buy "serious" stuff via Internet if there's no physichal store near my home (or at least that they come to pick up the product).

And i try in Windows and Mac.

Try mailing Razer and tell them about the problem, and see if you can get them to send you a box to send them the mouse without charge.

Then you are lucky to have Kinzu. My problem is solved when I equalize the sound to 70% left 30% right, then it's ok :)

Yes, I played CS in a middle 2011 MacBook Air via VirtualBox and VMware tools (both holding virutal machines with XP and 7), and also in BootCamp mode, but you can't feel the game as you were playing in a Windows computer.
It seems like you'll get better feeling playing CSS or L2D that are source based games with its Mac version than playing 1.6 (too old, not ported to Mac).

You know, MacBooks are not made for gaming, but everybody tries it :)

Yes, i'm trying to play, its not the better thing to do, but my video card burns about 4 months ago and don't want buy another, so my mac its the only option, I'm playing in bootcamp 100fps no problem but not the same thing.
