I am asking for help regarding the Windows7 64bit TEST MODE.

I am trying to "overcloack my usb port" so mouse can work on 500hz instead of 125hz (default)
Well, i have problem there, i followed instructions how its writen here

But i just cant enter Test Mode for my Windows. I really dont know how to enter, i tried also
with pressing F8 while boot, and to enter Unsigned Driver mode, but still nothing, also
i tried with few commands for CMD:

1. Bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING ON

I tried all 3 solutions:

1. Via Unsigned Driver Mode (while booting)
2. With CMD commands
3. With program: Driver Signature Enforcement Overider 1.3b

I would really like to have my mouse on 500hz (since i play FPS games A LOT)
And at the moment, i am not able to do it. So please HELP if you know how!

My windows version is:

Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit (Build 7601: Service Pack 1)
