I think the best polish gather-site is www.playzeek.pl atm.
-unlimited number of servers with a nice hosting
-original client "VOIplay"
-you can play gathers with your own team (your team vs 5 random people) When you win Premium Account on this site ;-)
It's quite new thats why there is not so many people online etc. but its worth to play there.

There is also every day like mini-tourney at 17:00 and 20:00, when you can join with your team and play with a very nice system.(2on2 aim , knife, fun, 3on3, 5on5)
