I'm in North America and no company here sells Roccat products, so I had to buy it from a Euro company selling on eBay. They wouldn't take it back after 7 days. Since it occurred 5-6 months after, I was out of luck with them. I tried Roccat, and they told me my only option was to return it to where I bought it. IDK about Europe, but absolutely no business here will take a return 6 months after purchase. I told Roccat they wouldn't take it back, and they just said sorry.
Got screwed over in that one, in my opinion anyway. I really liked those headphones (comfortable and GREAT positioning, sound quality was mediocre but I only used them for CS anyway), but I'm not willing to risk throwing away more money on a Roccat product.
