fps
hey guys, so i've got a lil' problem, its about fps durance.. so i've got 99-100 stable fps in-game, but when i play i've got a feeling that its not 100 fps but that its about 70-80 fps.. what i mean is when im moving my mouse its not smooth like it should be it has a feeling like my fps drops or when i switch my weapons with "Q" bind it feels like fps is dropping the whole game looks like its dropping fps.. help someone? Thanks in advance:)

re-install steam!
install advanced system care 5, repair the errors, if you still have that feeling you can use the turbo mode of the program and you will playing fine.

I do not need to rr steam, i reinstalled windows today pc info: 2gb ram Intel(R)Pentium(R)4 3.06GHz ATI RADEON 9800 hard disk space: 80gb

Force vsync off in gpu drivers, windows aero has it's own implementation of vsync which is present in games also

I see people suggesting things and they are wrong in so many levels that I just want to bang my head on the table...
I believe that you problem might be in the hertz of your screen try to put them in to 100hz if you can but if you can't just lower the resolution of windows till you have the 75hz option available and the go to play to see if that worked out!
