till you get used to it
while you recoding demos you first few times all you want is to record some niceshots forget about that

it's normal to lag while recording.

how to solve it: don't record.

that's why GG has no pov demos btw.

Please don't write everything in caps.

If you have a bad PC you'll have problems. Do you notice any lag? FPS drops? The game stuttering?

If you don't have these problems it means when you record you just have bad luck.
