http://fragboss.com/benq-xl2420t-review/

The video is not on the site, I am having issues with my computer at the moment. I should be able to get that updated in a few days, I can't do it on my PC because it's so bad. -_-

Enjoy.

you have a wonderful site out there

Thanks. It will be much better once I get back to work (back surgery), I will change the design and invest in some serious photography equipment.

Must be a great monitor, but it's around R$1500 (US$750) in Brazil :/

That's absurd! You should get someone to buy it in the USA and ship it to you. haha

I have XL2420T ,, Funny i dont play in 120HZ... cuz in lan they use 75 hz... i switch back to 120HZ when there is no tourney around... In tournament time i play 75 hz at home :(
2012-07-31 03:19:26
lol and why u cant play on 120Hz in tourneys ?
2012-07-31 03:29:27
It is because the gaming centers here offer only 75 HZ lcd monitors (so all tournament monitors are 75hz).. they don't wnat to invest on a 120HZ monitor :(

Black eQualizer <3

Works well for 1.6, doesn't really help in other games. -_-
2012-07-31 22:06:43
it works in alot of games

The actual effect of making darker colors brighter works in all games, reducing flashbangs only works in 1.6 though. I've tested it quite extensively in CS:S and CS:GO and there is no difference.

TL;DR
but can you tell does that monitor worth 450 dollars~ ? and why ? It'd be nice from you ^^

I've used the older Asus 120Hz monitor (organge), two Samsungs, the older BenQ XL2410T, and other countless monitors that weren't 120Hz.

The XL2420T is the best monitor for me because of a few things other monitors don't have, or don't have all of. Height adjustment (I'm tall, and need it so my neck/back doesn't hurt), USB Hub (makes it easy to plugin peripherals when traveling, which I do a lot) and DisplayPort (120Hz on modern laptops and Macs, which I use for my gaming). The other features are cool, like be able to change the size of the screen on-the-fly, and Black eQualizer, though it doesn't really help for the games I play. Two HDMIs is nice for hooking up consoles and playing on a nice monitor, and no noticable input lag is always best. :P

If you have any questions, you can always contact me through the site, I will respond.

Thanks ;) I consider buying this monitor because I need some second monitor and want something that won't be shit and will long live. Well this one isn't cheapest but look good. Again thank you. ;)
