Create an account and buy the game. Then download Steam and there you have. Just download and play. ;)

hey man i just bought the game everything is fine i have it in my library but there is no install/play button its just missing. can u help ?

You pre-ordered it. You will be able to play the beta from 14th of August. And then you will be able to install the full game from the 21st of August.
