If you can contact the stream owner, tell him to stream at different bit rates.
240p, 360p, 720p etc etc

Yes i'm lagging. It's because I have a slower connection (560 Kbps)
I can watch 240p without any lag.
360p sometime lags.

Ofc. Just like 1.6. I have the same feelling. Can't have that with CS:GO, I tried it a lot of times, but it's just hard to watch.
