CS:GO PRE-ORDER
I did the pre purchase of the game yesterday and would like to know when I might have access to the beta key, was not today?
and how can I access it?

Some guy here said it will be avaliable today but don't know when exactly. I pre-ordered few days ago also and still can't play.

doubt it, maybe restarting steam might work for some zones... but in holland etc its still no beta for us ;(

Might be, might be... else they should have used a CET time right ;o ? Doubt it they will calculate it to europe time etc, so i think the beta will be up arround 9 o clock amsterdam/berlin time thats +1 GMT

lol, I was curious and checked the steam population statistics, and this is very surprising.

so, this game doesn't come close to popularity like css and 1.6. This might indeed turn out to be another CS:CZ and flop big time, especially on the console. My guess is lack of advertising, especially in the console realm, cod players are going to stick to mind numbing cod.

edit: this is before the pre-orders I think, because some say they can't access csgo yet. let's see how many pre-ordered it and bought it, I'll check the stats in 3 hours, this will be interesting.
(as opposed to dota 2 players, they have 70,000 closed beta players, now that is something)

Kind of hard to say it like that tho, i mean Cs:CZ is a fully released game while CS:GO has only a handfull players online atm since everyone is still waiting for the beta/full-release.

The beta is still planned to be released today, August 14th PDT. Unfortunately, we do not have a more specific timeframe at the moment.

I hoped that I will play today in CS:GO. They said that CS:GO Beta will be on 14.08.2012. In my country is nearly 15th August... They should have thought about all countries or at least about more than one or two timezones.
