for it to be economical profitable it kind of needs tournaments for the pro players to get exposed so that there sponsors get what they pay for. Do you think they will pay money for a team that don't play I don't think so and that is the sad truth. 1.6 may die as a pro game but people are still going to play it and slowly fade away like it have been doing for years.
And don't come with some bullshit that it ain't "dying" as respons because we are dying from the moment we are created its a fact of life, even if you are far from your death it will eventually find you. Me personally am very sad by this, I have been playing this game for about 11 years and I dont really know anywhere els I can apply my skill I have gotten true my +15 000 hours of training :(
15 000 hours of training... cool story, so i can beat you in LAN? jajjajajaja i'm joking
if you play a lot this game do you know what i am talking about and i comming play from the 1.0! and 1.5 best version of the game... but i have to stop many times playing i didn't play for 11 years continuos :s but the expirience allways in ;)
GL whit that fucking CSGO it's like battlefield 3 or something like thaaat XD
and I played so much cs before that it was sick for over 5 years I spent all my free time playing CS i spent Christmas playing cs and celebrated new year also man I wish I would have studied instead so I could get a job now :(
