In that video he has made a video of several clips where he has managed to jump and kill somebody. The CS:GO video is a guy playing the game and only jumping and killing, as opposed to a few lucky frags/clips edited into a video.

Actually havnt played source since the 1st day it was released cause it sucks. CSGO is way better. CSGO is a tiny bit more forgiving when jumping than 1.6 but you could def jump and kill people in 1.6 pubs all day if you wanted to.

I've seen this done in 1.6 all the time in public, it's not something new. Especially since he's mostly killing them point blank.
Enough bias, both games have different types of recoil considering they are nothing like each other. It's a completely different game.
