in your opinion what do you think is missing from CS GO, to be competitive?
from my point of view everything is fine for now, I liked the updates that have placed every day.
I do not like what is it and I think we should accommodate, he hunchback doll is so to speak, and it is so difficult to distinguish to give headshot.

I really like the game.

maps are more like CS: S and actually have to be as close to 1.6. The silencer does not exist, that's bad. The character models should be as straight as possible to improve the frag. Some (mostly) of the weapons do not like the models are way too different. Finally,I want Valve listen to professional players to improve the game to not lose the spirit of the Counter-Strike. I only play CS: GO (beta) because it brings me a vague memory of cs 1.6. But I got bored after 1 hour and that I want to play 1.6.

What I like
The Matchmaking system sounds amazing, No more looking wasted time searching for scrims on irc, you have the ability to jump right into a game
The voice chat (Seems very very good so far)
I like the pace of the game so far, I was afraid it would have a call of duty playstyle but when you factor in the round time that basically negates that.
I like that it is not nearly as "Cartoony" as source is.
I like the nades, smokes actually do their job now and you dont need to waste 4 smokes for 1 chokepoint
In conclusion,
I like that its a fresh game, and I am intrigued to see how this game will evolve as our beloved 1.6 evolved to what it now is. You have to understand that although 1.6 is far superior to gameplay, 1.6 has been evolving for almost two decades, and it took that long to be what it now is.

I played, I tried to watch matches, but, IN MY PERSONAL OPINION, I really don't like this game, nothing at all, sorry. I like CSPromod, even if people say that Valve is powerfull, it's a community that make a game, a good example is CS1.5 and after that CS1.6. Think about it.

it's cool, but they really need to fix these things:
-audio bugs
-ak-47 recoil is ridicoulously high and needs to be lowered (you just can't spray.
-Skins are confusing at long range and you won't be able to recognize CT from TT unless you look at the radar

Ak-47 isn't a weapon to spray. If you want to spray buy the old galil. AK-47 in Precision Mod it's an awesome weapon.

- Recoil (they need to put some, if they want it to be a competitive game, other than the 4fun game it still is, by now... IMHO they just should start this part all over again since the very first sketches)
- Better movements (jumping, crounching, strafing etc)
- WAAAAAAAY BETTER maps (without those milions of unuseful objects all over them)
- Better models/skins (as far as I've read, this is the point that EVERYONE seems to agree: the models are crap, but fortunatelly this is easy to change)
- Better sounds (I can't understand why Valve is dropping the quality of the sounds in every new Counter-Strike they release, CS:GO sounds are even worse than CSS sounds!)

-I think the game requires the short stop after getting a hit to make it competitive. It is too difficult to get headshots by usual aiming. In 1.6 you often wound the enemy at first, to make them stop before you can place the second shot (the deadly one). In GO the enemy is just gone after the first hit...but hey you finally get an assist :/
-The ak has no soul imo. The sound is lame and the recoil is uncontrollable. I really really hate this weapon in cs:go :/

This is the CS:GO forum therefore it is not the place to post crap about the game but discuss on it. No one is forcing anyone to enter it and read something they are not interested in.
Would you like to see people posting in the CS 1.6 forum that the game is dying (if not already dead) over an over, or that it is crap compared to CS:GO? I honestly doubt it.

For me main problem is visibility on high distance and design of inferno and especially train which looks totally stupid you can't walk under trains and ladders are on the right and left sides not on back and inferno has too many details (i hate matrix)

1. add ALOT MORE recoil and screen jumping for mid-air shooting .... make it so you can't just own people while jumping as that is just bad for gameplay .
2. make the gouche effect when you get headshotted with no helmet bigger, like in 1.6 where you screen jumps dramatically, not 1-2 inches.
3. make the smoke mechanics closer to 1.6 , as having just a pillar of smoke where no one can see through it is retarded and doesn't actually make the smoke usefull for defensive purposes.
4. make the molotov range smaller a bit, and make it cost 1000, so people are discouraged to buy it on inferno for example where its the most powerful, and gives a huge advantage to teams with money advantage.
5. decoys grenades are pretty useless ...the mechanics of decoys need to be changed ...since having an enemy dot appear wont fool anyone ...especially in a 5v5 match where teammates can all communicate.

If only I had a much better computer to test out every single detail in the game. Too bad. Still, by watching a lot of videos it's still not perfect, it's getting there though.

The game being somehow different makes it fun, exciting and interesting to play because everyone just started from the bottom. 1.6 is all figured out and it will take years to do that in GO as it took in 1.6... The excitement after seeing some guy pulling out some insane tricks that you have never seen before - the feeling is fantastic!

I havent't played it, but I can tell, that we need silencer in m4, and valve should remove those damn shot-trails... Opponnent knows where are we shooting from... That effect while moving with awp sucks also. Hmmm, what else... There shouldn't be daft-effect when we are flashed. Can't say anything about recoil etc., cause as I said, I haven't played it yet. I'm not sure about the crosshair, but what I saw there is some shit crosshair, I'd want 1.6 crosshair, even css players would I think.

I played 15h of cs:go so far, my list of what I dont like about it:
-you can barely hear your enemies, I had over9000 situations when enemy is rushing to me and I notice him the moment he jumps off the corner, this leads to constant feeling of chaos and gameplay being random, I got so many examples where I feel like complete retard, like I'm tt on nuke, I rush to hut (metal box), turns out the CT jumped off top of upper BS and I didn't hear a thing
