I don't know what are meaning these big spikes and red elements on the green line. I have problems whit shooting, sometimes walking and with connection to a server, usually my servers are "not responding" and I can hardly connect to a server. Also when I'm on teamspeak3, and then open CS 1.6 and try to connect to a server my connection disappears, and I can do nothing on the Internet, then I restart my router and try to do somethings on the Internet, usually I can't do anything, I can't connect to a server, I can't be on facebook, youtube, or something else.
Then I turn off my computer and wait some hours in the hope that all will go well, and than... I disappoint myself.

I don't know is the Internet or my computer reason for this problem?!
Btw. I fixed my computer this month, so I don't know is the problem my computer, but the Internet (same as mine) by other people is well working, and they doesent have any problems so I don't know is the Internet the problem. :(

Can anyone help me? :(
