Counter-Strike 1.6 more than a simple game
Counter-Strike 1.6 is the best game ever, why? Here's some examples.

Counter-Strike is a place for everyone, you gather with your freinds and get new freinds all the time.
This game have been popular for 13 years! That's a really long time for a game, and it have been popular for a reason.
In Counter-Strike it doesnt matter if you're fat,ugly,black,white or a alien! :P
Counter-Strike is for everyone! The best feeling is when you having fun with your awesome mates and just pwning and doing sick stuff. Remember when you did that sick shot? And your whole body just got ghoosebumbs? :) Counter-Strike have mean alot for me, for a while it was the only light I had under a tough period of my life.
If you really love Counter-Strike please stop saying it's dying, if it does die, it's our foult, not valves. We decide if it gonna die or not.

And is it dying? That's just quite stupid to say... I mean the proffesinal scene might be suffering but we can change that if we just keep playing this awesome game that we have played for so long! :D

Treat each other with respect and ignore all stupid people, and HAVE FUN WITH YOUR FREINDS! :D<3

CAKEbuilder is a good example what I want in CS for everyone! Just imagine if everyone was nice to each other. CS and the forums would be such a better place, and more funnier, beilive me you will be happier yourself if you're happy and treat each other with respect. :)

Nice to see people thinking positively, thanks for the shout out!

It's still too early to determine if CS:GO will be fun or if 1.6 will die. What I'm 100% sure of is I'm never going to try and change anyone's minds about either game or tell them what to play. The only important factor that should play a role in how you choose your game is which you have the most fun in. I play what I find fun and what I enjoy playing with my friends.

That's all that matters, no point in trying to control which game will stand out. It will all eventually come down to what you enjoy!

I have seen alot off CS:GO videos and I dont think it will be as fun as 1.6. But I'll buy it and give it a chance.
But 1.6 will always be my fovourite game and will always be closest to my heart :)
