fps...
I have fps at 89, 90 with vsync off..
what can I do to put them at 100 ?

my graphicard is: nvidia geforce 320gt

i play with 100 fps... i dont have any graphicard offboard...

u dont need one good graphicard to play cs 1.6 !

vync makes your fps = refresh rate and 100fps is max in cs unless you turn on developer.

To thread starter, I bought a GeForce 210 a couple years ago and I run CS fine, weird. I'm using 640x480 and markeloff's NVIDIA settings(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DRXfBvLVUug) if that matters.
