That's fucking awesome dude! keep the dedication! Have fun doing it, but don't half-ass it. Be all in or all out.

By the way, I laughted out loud with the spinning back kick @ 2:26 xD! Keep improving and doing the work dude, you'll get the greatest reward from it!

Why don't you use your real flag, Brazilian guy?
2012-09-14 07:41:20
idk... i like the swedish flag, im not trying to do a fake or something

Yea because a simply yellow cross on a blue background is better than a unique yellow losangue in a green background with some blue ball in the middle of the losengue with a white stripe with some words and some little stars.

mount transition to side choke = ko

thats my tip
2012-09-14 08:08:29
oh wait this is muay thai haha yaa basically just counter everything he does , he throws leg kick you throw right straight down the middle , he throws head kick you block and leg kick to the body, thats simple basics in muay thai always counter punch no matter what
2012-09-14 08:11:20
and show a lil more explosion when you attack put your body into ure kicks and put ure legs into ure punch.. dont just use ure leg and arms to punch and kick use ure weight and power
2012-09-14 08:12:13
ty for the tips will try that next time,as i said im not good at all,but im doing my best to improve.

if you want to loose weight then do cardio and sparring
2012-09-14 10:29:32
tbh boxing seems good for that too, and it's more motivating to fight than to spend hours running or something
2012-09-14 22:15:09
if he wants to take an actual fight (not sparring)then he needs to build up his endurance or hes likely going to get hurt or humiliated. If he has one punch/kick ko power then itss diff story

eath healthy, lots of protein ,do cardio on free days in the morning on empty stomatch or in the evening before bed but get a protein meal or shake after run;) btw don't overtrain and get some rest it's easy to injury in muay thai.. i dont know what is your height but if you longer use more of your legs like buakaw por pramuk if shorter then fight in a short distance, like tyson or zambidi haha;D

Well done keep going try to focus on more leg kicks because you got big strong legs and your kicks will be realy good if you will focus on them , at the free time do loads of running & skipping it will increase your stamina and if you start to run crosses do not try to run alot at the beginning try to do that 2-3 times per week and then when you will feel the that its too easy for you incrase abit. You must run if you want to lose weight and gain stamina. And dont focus on your shapes it will come natural. After 2-3 weeks you will see the difference. Good luck and dont stop training

Low kicks are realy effective aspecially when you got big legs, just watch some k1/muay thai heavy weight fights and you will see, have a look at Ricardo Arona he is amazing

It's a great sport for getting fit.

I used to do MT and BJJ, they make a great combination. For now (at the beginning) you should use at least 4 to 6 more months concentrating mostly on cardio and long repetitions. Also you should dedicate 1 day for stretching only. 2 hour session of stretching burns calories like hell and it will make you sweat like a pig.

If you really enjoy the sport and want to progress as much as to get fit the basics will get you there; just keep hitting the bag. Do like intensive punching/kicking for a minute at a time (a minute is a really long time so don't start with full 100%) and 4 series of each with a minute or 30sec break in between

Thank you for the tips,i will try the intensive punching/kicking on my next training.

u helped me a lot
