I think your aim is a little bit slow, need more deathmatch practise. and your crosshair position while moving is somewhat random and not fluent, that means you need improve your mouse and keyboard coordinating, and improve aim while moving.
but the awp wb is new for me.

Same here brother. I too started playing cs since lately and am playing it with optical mouse with no mouse-pad.
Could you tell me at what sensitivity you play cs? (both from inside counter-strike and outside from control panel)

I lately started handling my mouse with three finger and it substantially enhanced my maneuverability , earlier I used to play with only two finger (index finger for firing and middle for closing in).
Prolly, I can't assist you much but I don't recommend to get use to play only with wrist. Your movement while shooting or aiming should be very flexible, comprising both your arm and wrist movement. Grip on the mouse shouldn't be too tight (light grip help you to aim and spray better and is very constructive while aiming on a moving target and dragging along-with it). There should be a convenient cushion/clearance of wrist from the ground (mouse-pad). Never hang your whole arm weighing on your wrist and palm.

These conclusion I drew from my own (by watching demos), and am very keen to consider with more tips if you guys could give me. (Please do correct me if I made something wrong.)
