Your iphone is jailbreakable at this version, but for the unlock I'm not so sure.

For unlocking you could just wait for ultrasn0w to come out with a solution for your baseband (which might not happen), or try one of those "factory unlock" websites. unfortunatly I believe most (if not all) are scams.
