If u have added new models in cs1.6 steam just delete manually those models from ur steam/steamapps/uraccountname/counter strike/cstrike/models n restart d game steam original models will b there.

there aint no CS version which has different weapon models afaik, just delete your /cstrike/models folder and it should come back to normal again
