I prefer knowing more about motion graphics than moviemaking.

But hearing that from a guy that actually can't make his own projects or make a simple highlight, is quite legit.

just to make it clear, he is infact also a moviemaker, i mean he does his own movies sometimes (firecore 4 on his channel)
plus he pays his moviemakers for their movies (which goes against anything i believe, but it seems fair to them let's say)

You shouldn't be skipping to English classes. Never said you forced anyone to work for you. You actually recruit people, meaning, you get asked or ask people if they want to earn 30 bucks.

I'm actually not against people getting paid for their work. It's like a normal job, where you put your effort on. You do deserve getting a proportional paid check according to your work.

Thing is, I am against these guys who pay a few bucks to some kids who are looking for some easy money, get all the work making the stuff, and guys like him receive like 10x more than he actually payed to the kid and considers himself the king of the world, the boss all mighty of all ideas.

Well, you can fool the majority of the fanboys you've got around here, in the end, that's what really matters to you since they don't know how much do you earn with your CPM and how much do you pay to your "employees".

I would rather be a completely unknown than getting the 15 minutes of fame at the cost of others.
