MarkC fix / RInput or both?
Hey all!


First of all, I'm 1.6 player.
My o-system is Windows 7 x64 Ultimate. I dislike mouse accel, so I'd like to ask you all, what should I use to fix mouse accel(fully)?

1.what you prefer? (markc fix or rinput) - answer.
2.can I use markc fix + RInput(together) - answer.

just use noforce commands and markc you dont need anything else

In doubt use mousefix + markc mousefix + rinput + launch options.

I have exactly same OS as you and im playing for over 4 years with this:

MarkC fix + -noforcemaccel -noforcemparms this works perfect for me

what's the point of using mousefix on windows7? untick enhance pointer precision and use noforce commands and you are good to go.

hi mate, the point of using fix is that even if I untick epp and use noforce commands I have kinda "random mouse acceleration" anyway... so I need to use something else.

In fact, MarkC himself says that if you use EPP unticked + noforce commands, it is equivalent to his fix.

RInput is annoying to activate every time, but I think it works the best.

I don't really like the idea of the MarkC fix. If I change my Windows sensivity later on because I own a different mouse, I can fuck everything up.

Also, RInput is legal to use at LAN whereas most tourneys don't really appreciate you installing all sort of patches on their computers.
