You guys are adding CS:GO POV demos to the cs 1.6 POV demo section..
Why not just make another POV demo section for cs:go so therefore there will be no more confusion..

And cs:go is already dying look at steam stats.. Just wait till CSP comes out and you gonna see everyone switching back from cs:go to cs 1.6 or the new CSP:mod.

1.6 is dead - Thats true. There are alot CS:GO teams atm, but they won't survive long if nobody watches streams for CS:GO etc. because we 1.6ers just dont like CS:GO so we don't watch the streams. I hope CSPromod will bring together 1.6 and CSS players succesfully, because CS:GO didn't.

Okay and now think one time; why would CSS players switch to CSP? It has the same graphics but different gameplay which all players would have to learn while cs1.6 players are used to it. In addition to that it will also have problems attracting completely new players because of the old graphics and the overall skill level of all the cs1.6 players which is frustrating for new players. Also i doubt that CSP will habe huge marketing, so how should players know about CSP when they aren't in the CS scene?

Of course tournaments are picking up csgo at the moment because it has some medial hype. This will go on until they realise that no one or just a small amount of people is interested in competitive csgo. I bet after a year this game will be on the same competitive level as source was the recent years which is compared to what 1.6 was a joke. Taking a look at the current steam stats csgo is barely top10 and the activity is becoming lesser with every week since release while the numbers of 1.6 and even css are constantly high.

If Valve won't fix the things (like recoil, movement,..)the bigger community wants which is indeed the 1.6 one the game will have no future.

and if we count non-steamers,it shows that cs 1.6 have more then 70k players and 100k peaks for day, CS1.6 is and gonna be always the most succesfull game ever exsisted on whole eSports scene, deal with the truth guys, but yes i will give a chance to Global Offensive if they change the damn recoil & bunnyhop thing.

No one can deny that CSS and 1.6 have more players than CSGO. But then no one can deny that CSS and 1.6 have less tournaments than CSGO. Either way, if CSGO fails, PC FPS fails.

And don't say CSP will rise up and claim the throne because they have less marketing potential than CSGO so theres absolutely no way they are going to get the viewing figures tournaments are expecting in todays market.

I will never agree with u or someone from Source players not cuz i hate u or somthin, but you are just "out" on CS eSports scene since this 18k its not even close to cs 1.6 Tournaments that had 40k to 70k to every "LAN" tournament,
and 16-18k "ONLINE" Matches.
and a new game should always be on top everywhere like border lands or however is called that game that was on top when it was realeased but now its dropping same with skyrim, football manager and etc and CS:GO didn't never go up and its falling that means that its a Massive fail by Valve!
But Cs 1.6 for 12years was always on top of Valve Steam Stats, and still on top after realase of CS:Source and after CS:Global Offensive too.
They are loosing more and more players after every version they realease since they are just doing it for new players not for the old ones!
