hi guys i need help i got banned from esl because i turned wh on because i got mad my enemys was cheaters , but when i create new accout i get banned again what to do please help

You are not able to make a new account. Obviously it's not a reason to turn on a cheat. There is no reason to turn on a cheat. You have to wait 2 years until your penalty points are gone.
